    • ACM SIGCOMM - (0.99 EIC) High Impact Computer Communication Conference. January 22, 2010.
    • ACM CSCW - (0.99 EIC) lthough work is an important area of focus for the conference, technology is increasingly supporting a wide range of recreational and social activities, and we embrace the growth of the discipline in the areas of Collaboration, Sociality, Computation, and the Web.CSCW 2010 will bring together top researchers and practitioners who are interested in both the technical and social aspects of collaboration. No dates for 2011 yet but likely early June 2010.
    • Mobicom - (0.98 EIC) The MobiCom conference series serves as the premier international forum addressing networks, systems, algorithms, and applications that support the symbiosis of mobile computers and wireless networks. MobiCom is a highly selective conference focusing on all issues in mobile computing and wireless and mobile networking at the link layer and above. No announcements for 2010 yet but held in Conjunction with Mobihoc so Early Feb likely.
    • CCS - (0.97 EIC) presenting novel research on all practical and theoretical aspects of computer and communications security, as well as case studies and implementation experiences. Papers should have relevance to the construction, evaluation, application, or operation of secure systems. No dates for 2010 yet likely April 2010
    • Mobihoc - (0.87 EIC) MobiHoc 2009, the Tenth ACM International Symposium on Mobile Ad Hoc Networking and Computing, is the tenth of a series of annual meetings sponsored by ACM SIGMOBILE, focusing on the latest research in the rapidly growing area of mobile ad hoc networking and computing. Feb 12th 2010.

    • WiMob - The tremendous advances in wireless communications and mobile computing, combined with the rapid evolution in smart appliances and devices, generates new challenges and problems requiring interactions between different network layers and applications in order to offer advanced mobile services. No dates for 2010 yet likely early May.
    • ICCCN (aka IC3N) - (0.69 EIC) IEE Conference on Computer Communications and Networks - serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners with a common interest in improving communications and networking Feb 19th, 2010.
    • SRDS - (0.69 EIC) IEE Symposium on Reliable Distributed Systems No dates for 2010 yet most likely end of March
    • IEEE NCA - Network Computing and Applications No dates for 2010 yet, most likely the end of March.
    • IEE INFOCOM - The IEEE Conference on Computer Communications addresses key topics and issues related to computer communications, with emphasis on traffic management and protocols for both wired and wireless networks.No dates for 2010 yet most likely in July
    • PerComm - Pervasive Communication and Computation Conference from IEEE. No dates for 2010 most likely in September

    • ACM/IFIP/USENIX Midleware - The Middleware conference is a forum for the discussion of important innovations and recent advances in the design, construction and uses of middleware. April 2010
    • USENIX NSDI Symposium on Networked System Design and Implementation. No dates for 2010 likely Sept 2010

    • MDM 2010 MDM 2009 - (0.80 EIC) A prestigious forum for the exchange of innovative and significant research results in mobile data management. Abstract October 19, Paper October 26
    • MDDS: (0.74 EIC) Mobility in Databases and Distributed Systems - I can't find this workshop on the web. Is it no longer being held? 2002 is the last reference I find.
    • DAS-P2P - focuses on dependability and sustainability of peer-to-peer (P2P) systems, with respect to their design, operations, applications, and social impacts. No 2010 deadline announced yet.
      Particular interest in p2p applied to rescue and other sustainable activities.
    • HotMobile - HotMobile is a series of highly selective, interactive workshops focused on mobile applications, systems, and environments, as well as their underlying state-of-the-art technologies. HotMobile's small workshop format makes it ideal for presenting and discussing new directions or controversial approaches. October 12, 2009
    • Wicom - WiCOM serves as a forum for wireless communications researchers, industry professionals, and academics interested in the latest development and design of wireless systems. Feb 28, 2010
    • AHUC - an international forum for researchers to exchange information regarding advancements in the state of the art and practice of ad hoc networks, ubiquitous computing, as well as to identify the emerging research topics and define the future of ad hoc networks, ubiquitous computing. No announcement for 2010 yet site for 2008 is defunct. No longer being held?
    • WASA - WASA is an international conference on algorithms, systems, and applications of wireless networks. It is motivated by the recent advances in cutting-edge electronic and computer technologies that have paved the way for the proliferation of ubiquitous infrastructure and infrastructureless wireless networks. Likely March 2010
    • IWCMC - The premier forum for presentation of results and experience reporting on leading edge issues of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing research. The mission of the conference is to share novel research ideas as well as practical applications in the wireless communication and networking areas in addition to identifying new directions for future research and developments.     • Mobileware - Mobilware is dedicated to addressing emerging topics and challenges in various mobile wireless software-related areas. The scope of the conference is the design, implementation, deployment, and evaluation of middleware, operating systems (OS), and applications for computing and communications in mobile wireless systems. It aims to provide a high profile, leading edge forum for researchers, engineers, and standards developers to present their latest research, techniques, and experiences in the filed of software technology for mobile wireless systems.     • MobiQuitous - a forum for practitioners and researchers from diverse backgrounds to interact and exchange experiences about the design and implementation of mobile and ubiquitous systems. Areas addressed by the conference include systems, applications, social networks, middleware, networking, data management and services, all with special focus on mobility.     • MobiMedia - The successful development of multimedia services and applications in mobile environments requires adopting an interdisciplinary approach where multimedia, physical layer and networking issues are addressed jointly. Likely May 2010
    • ICMUPC - The International Conference on Mobile, Ubiquitous and Pervasive Computing aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Mobile, Ubiquitous and Pervasive Computing, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.     • UMAP - UMAP is the most important conference for those interested in any aspect of (interaction with) systems that acquire information about a user (or group of users) so as to be able to adapt their behavior to that user or group.     • MASS - Wireless ad-hoc communication has applications in a variety of environments, such as conferences, hospitals, battlefields and disaster-recovery/rescue operations, and is also being actively investigated as an alternative paradigm for Internet connectivity in both urban and rural areas. Wireless sensor and actuator networks are also being deployed for enhancing industrial control processes and supply-chains, and for various forms of environmental monitoring.     • NetCom - 1st International Conference on Networks & Communications will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Computer Networks & Data Communications. The Conference looks for significant contributions to the Computer Networks & Communications for wired and wireless networks in theoretical and practical aspects.  No dates for 2010 but likely June
    • NGWS - NGWS Next Generation Wireless Systems  No dates for 2010 likely July
    • IPTPS The International workshop on Peer-To-Peer Systems (IPTPS) is a forum in which researchers discuss the state-of-the-art in peer-to-peer computing, with a focus on identifying and addressing key research challenges in the area. Workshops cover all aspects of decentralized computer systems, spanning the gamut from theory to deployment. December 18, 2010
